Terms, conditions of service & privacy and cookies policy

Travel Child Care DJ S.L., (from now on “TCC”),  a limited society incorporated under the laws of Spain, with registration number B87080941 , with registered office in Madrid (Spain),  Francisco Remiro n. 17 Street. TCC is dedicated to provide intermediary services between parents / guardians (hereinafter Customers / You / User) and companies offering services of Babysitting/ Nannies / Child minders, in Spain or abroad. TCC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Professional standards applicable to services provided by TCC, are those contained by regulations of online intermediation in the provision of search and selection of personnel for the performance of child care and assistance.

1.    Website Terms of Use
TCC, as legal owner of this web site http://babysitting.travelchildcare.com  offers different content and services to users, through this document compliance with the obligations under the Law 34/2002 of
Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and inform all users of the website of the conditions of use of the website.
By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications available across platforms ("web site") and / or make a reservation, you agree to have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions shown below (including the fragment concerning privacy).
The user also declares that all information provided by him for access to this website and in the course of the use thereof is true, complete and accurate.
Users who book a service must be legally capable of giving consent and therefore must confirm that it is the mother / father or guardian of the children for whom they contract the service. Anyone who violates this policy will be subject to immediate cancellation of the service, with no possibility of reimbursement or compensation.

2.    Booking of services
When customers make a reservation through the website must complete all data requested through the form on our website, payment of services will be made securely through the secure PayPal gateway.
Once the payment of service is confirmed, customers will receive at the email address provided through this website, a first informative email with the details concerning the service.
Professional standards applicable to services provided by TCC are those contained in the regulations affected the online intermediation in the provision of search and selection of personnel for the performance of child care and assistance.
TCC will send the request of provision of service, after receiving confirmation of payment by the customer. When the TCC collaborators, operators of the final provision of the service, confirmed thru TCC platform, the ability to provide the service, according to the requirements made by customers, TCC will send a second email to the customer to confirming the service.
If TCC cannot confirm, within 24 hours, that the service will be provided by a partner company, the customer will receive an email in which you will be informed of the cancellation of the reservation. In this course we will refund the customer the full amount of the booking through the payment gateway PAYPAL within a maximum period of 96 hours.
When the partner companies have the ability to supply the data of the babysitter / child caretaker/ nanny in charge of providing the service (name, summary, CV, etc.), TCC will send this information on behalf of the company in charge of the final provision of service. It will not always be possible to send the CV of babysitters to clients. For the destination Italy, the CV of the babysitter will not be sent.
If any changes should occur in the person who will be in charge of the provision of the babysitting service, TCC collaborators should communicate the change to CBT and you will be informed via email provided to TCC of the change and the new contact details.

3.    Location of provision of service
The babysitting service will be provided in the rented accommodation of the client/  property of the client: hotel, apartment, house, being the parent / guardian responsible that the place has all the necessary elements (clothing, food, thermal conditions, etc. ) so that the employees of TCC can offer the babysitting service with all the necessary guarantees.
In the case where the parent / guardian wish that the service to be provided in a different place to the hotel room, apartment or house, customers assume full responsibility in case any incident occurs and must explicitly authorize at the time of recruitment through this website or by email: babysitters@travelchildcare.com, indicating in the same the exact place where the service should be provided.
If parents / guardians are not previously informing TCC and collaborators, adequately and truthfully, about where they should be given the babysitting service, and this is different from the room of a hotel / apartment / home, parents / guardians assume full responsibility in case any incident occurs.
Companies working with TCC and TCC reserves the right to cancel the reservation of a service if the parent / guardian, requests that the babysitting service should be provided in a different room of a hotel, apartment or private residence.
In case the customer at the time of hiring / booking service had not truthfully informed about the location of provision of service, shall not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the reservation / contracting the service in case the partner company of TCC or TCC, cancels the service on the grounds that does not offer adequate guarantees of safety / comfort / welfare for minors who should be in charge of the babysitters.

4.    Cancellation and modification policy
Cancellations made by customers and received 24 hours before the start of service, to any destination (except Mallorca and St. Tropez) in which TCC is operating as mediator, will be eligible for a full refund, and you will be charged, in this case , 10 € in concept of management fee.
When the cancellations are received in less than 24 hours before the service, you will be charged the full amount for the contracted service.
Cancellations for Mallorca and St. Tropez destinations are not entitled to a refund regardless of time in which have been made.
Cancellations must be made by telephone; No. +34 918 331 957; +34 610 060 260 or by email at babysitters@travelchildcare.com in the hours of customer service (9:00 to 18:00 CET). If cancellations are received outside of these hours is counted as date of receipt: 9:00 hours of the day following receipt of the request for cancellation.
In case where Travel Child Care, or a responsible partner company of service provision, cancels a reservation, the customer will be informed via email provided through the web site, of the cancellation or impossibility to provide the service and you will receive full reimbursement, in the shortest possible time. TCC is committed to make all necessary arrangements to provide other solutions before canceling a service. Should TCC be forced to cancel a service, the end customer will receive the full amount paid of the contracted service.
When the client wants to make a modification of his booking (change of dates / start and end of  hours of service, hiring additional hours, change in the number of children in care of our babysitters, etc.) this will have an additional cost of 5 € (in addition to costs related to the service).
If changes in the booking are made in less than 24 hours in advance, customers are not entitled to a refund of the amount paid initially when contracting the service, when modifying the reservation implies a lower final amount.
When booking changes are involving an increase in the final amount of the service, the customer will receive an informative email, so he can pay the corresponding difference between the final amount and the amount that has initially paid, when contracted the service. Payment must be made only through PAYPAL following the link included in the email. The modification of the reservation will be confirmed only after the payment, and you will receive confirmation by email.
All modifications and cancellations of reservations shall be made on the basis of the date and time of the destination for which it has been requested the service.

5.    Payment of contracted services
You can pay through the payment gateway PAYPAL, by:
• Any of the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, JCB and American Express
• Through your PayPal account
The prices are in Euros (EUR). TCC will never receive, transmit, or store the data concerning the means of payment used by customers, PAYPAL being responsible and liable for all processes related to the payment of the reservation / service according to current conditions on its website: https://www.paypal.com/en/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full?locale.x=en_US
If any problem with the payment arises, TCC will contact you at the shortest possible time.

6.    Intellectual property
This site is owned by TRAVEL CHILD CARE. Intellectual property rights and rights of exploitation and reproduction of this web, its pages, contents, screens, the information they contain, their appearance and design, are owned by it, unless otherwise is specified.
All denominations, designs and / or logos that compose this page are duly registered trademarks. Any misuse of the same by people other than their legitimate owner may be prosecuted in accordance with current legislation.
Intellectual property rights and brands of third parties are conveniently highlighted and must be respected by anyone who accesses the Web. Only for personal and private use is allowed to download content, copy or print any page of this website. Reproduce, transmit, modify or delete the information, content or warnings from this web without written authorization of TCC is prohibited.

7.    Personal Data and Privacy Policy
The hiring  of services TCC will be made through this website, TCC will compile in name of the babysitters agencies responsible for providing the service the following personal data of customers / parent / guardian: name, last name, ID / Passport, telephone, city and country of origin, email and data of  children for which the service is required: age, sex, name, if need special attention, such as: allergies, food and permitted and prohibited substances, etc.). Finally it will also be necessary to collect information related to the place where the service is provided: country and city of destination, complete address of the hotel / apartment / private residence, language of babysitter, date and time of start and end of the service, service duration, and express authorization for the location of the service, etc).
The purpose of collecting information is to provide the work of intermediation of services as well as manage and streamline the TCC relationship with you. In order to process user requests, TCC receives through this Web site, personal information about them. This information may include the full names of children, parents, nannies / babysitters, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. This information will be shared with other companies responsible for the final provision of the service. This data transfer can be performed worldwide. In all cases, the data will always be made between countries and companies that provide an adequate level of protection. Parents / guardians are responsible for the accuracy, validity and accuracy of data sent to TCC through the form on this website at the time of booking / contracting the service.

Due to the nature of the activities of intermediation conducted by Travel Child Care DJ SL., this is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused during the service or any cancellation that has made.
Subject to the limitations stated in these terms and conditions, and to the extent permitted by law, we only are responsible for direct damages suffered because of defects attributable to our obligations in respect of our services, up to a total amount of the total cost of your booking (either by an event or series of events).

Travel Child Care reserves the right to modify without notice the terms and conditions. If so, they shall communicate the changes by email so they can be known by you.
